That's Aunt Dixie to me! My Aunt is a great cook! She is not known for following recipes. She would much rather throw things together and make her own recipes! They always turn out terrific, but they are not easy to duplicate. The last time she made her home-made spaghetti sauce I asked if we could write down each step. We guessed at measurements, because she has a strict no spoons policy! Meaning she doesn't use exact measurements for anything. She also has a signature salsa, which I need to learn how to make.

You did a great job with this all without my help! I didn't see that you had already figured out the recipe thing before I emailed you, haha! Sorry about that. Anyway, this looks delicious! I especially love that it is made from actual tomatoes and not canned ones. So cool!
