I CANNOT BELIEVE IT! I have missed the ease and consistency of spaghetti for so long and now I can enjoy something similar once again! We came home from our Florida trip and I was hungry! I wasn't quiet "hangry" like my sister got on our trip, but I was on the verge! I had nothing in the house to eat so my only option was to throw something together. My go to recipe used to be good ole spaghetti, but that was before the AIP days! I thawed out bacon and hamburger meat just to see which would thaw the fastest. The plan was to use the meat that would be the quickest! They were both thawed at about the same time. I baked the bacon. I had a spaghetti squash I wanted to use so I threw it in the microwave. Ten minutes and done! I decided I would brown some onion and garlic with the hamburger meat. Then this recipe just came together! I have tasted "no-mato" sauces and I just can't eat them. I don't like beets enough. I want to love them and maybe one day I will, but for now there is no love. I thought my days of eating anything that resembled spaghetti was over! I do miss me some tomatoes, but this was good! In the words of Mickey Mouse and
